Start next to the rim lock and loosen the spoke nipple until it turns freely and then use a spoke torque wrench to set the correct

i have an 02 rm 125 and my rear spokes keep coming loose. i had my dealer tighyen them up twice and they came loose again. what should i do?
im 13 about 5’4 and im wondering if i suolhd get a kawasaki 125 or 250 or if i suolhd get a ktm 125 or ktm 250.. please help me out here ive been riding for about 6 month but i only have a 140cc pit bike atm
