How to fix a flat tire on your motocross bike

Fixing a flat tire on your motocross bike is not a difficult task if you have the required tools on hand. There are a few tips that will help changing your tire as easy as possible.

Preparation

As always, make sure you have a nice clean work area before you begin. You will need a couple of tire levers, a shifter, some lubricant, powder and an air compressor.

Disassembly

Since I needed to fix the rear tire on my KX250 this guide will focus on the rear wheel. If you’re replacing a front tire then the disassembly will be slightly different.     Hey, nice info…….I had a flat on my xr100r rear tire and i didnt feel like taking it off the im so i took out that piece where u inflate it and pushed a bunch of little pieces of foam, then i put the little piece back in and inflated it. And it worked haha i cant believe it!
    I tried thge goop stuff but the whole was too big and didn’t work so i like the foam idea:)
