Bike Setup
Handle bars
Loosen the handle bars and move them to a central position, if they are too low your elbows will drop, if they are too high you will not be able to be in the attack position giving you bad form on the track.
Levers
Your clutch lever should be a little bit higher than your brake lever. Your brake lever should be a little bit lower than level with the handle bars.
Brake pedal
Set your brake level so that it is level with the footpeg. Make sure it has a little bit of play because if the brake is too touchy you may stall or lock up the rear wheel.
Gear shift lever
If you find yourself hitting neutral your gear shift lever may be to high, in most cases your should adjust your gear shift lever so it is level with the footpeg.
