Fort Lytton Motocross track moving to Luggage Point

In a last minute reprieve Fort Lytton Motocross track will be relocated to Luggage Point, not far from the original site. This is great news for local Brisbane residents. Fort Lytton Motocross club had occupied the 3ha site for the last 20 years. The club owner, Mr Herson said the site between the Brisbane Airport Corporation and a sewerage plant was still to be confirmed and approved by the Environment Protection Agency. It will take the club 6 months to two years to reestablish itself at the new location.
A 3 year search had failed before now to find a suitable alternative to the current site which is now required for the Port West development. The club had established a new stadium motocross track at Chandler earlier this year, but the track closed soon after due to dust and noise complaints.

Can anyone give me an update on the new location for the Fort Lytton MX Club & any other info on how things are proceeding for the club.
I am really keen to get the family into a club close by and will offer some help if I knew who to contact.
Thanks
